    Terms and Agreements

    The Art Bistro Cancellation/Privacy/Terms & Agreements Cancellation Policy We are happy to provide credit toward a future class if given a minimum 24 hours notice via email. Please consider offering your reserved seat to a friend if something comes up within 24 hours of your class so that your ticket is not wasted. We're sure they'll thank you for it! *With at least 48 hours notice, you may also choose to receive a refund for a class. Private Party $100 deposit requires 1 week notice in order to be applied toward a rescheduled event date. Cancellations or reschedules forfeit the $100 deposit if cancelled within 1 week. If, as a host, you need to reschedule an event and provide at least 1 weeks notice, your $100 deposit and guest's payments will be applied toward a rescheduled date that can be used toward a future event held within 90 days. This courtesy may be used once and the deposit is forfeited if the rescheduled date is cancelled. The $100 deposit will be forfeited if notice is within 1 week of the date you have reserved, though your guests payments will be credited toward a rescheduled event. Know that we will likely be unable to fill your date within 14 days, as much planning is required for an event. We greatly appreciate you trying to hold your reserved date! Just contact us by phone asap to let us know of any changes. Thanks! Privacy Policy We will never sell your information. The information you provide will only be used for internal marketing; newsletters to inform of new events and promotions or direct communication if an event needs to be cancelled. The Art Bistro has contracted with the service of Authorize.net which provides an SSL certificate so that you can be assured that your credit card information is kept secure. Terms of Service The price of your class does not include food or drinks unless otherwise specified. There is food and beverage available for individual purchase. Your class ticket includes: *Use of all art supplies including use of provided aprons *Instruction by your fabulous Art Instructor *An Artist Assistant to help with any group needs (groups over 25) *Your very own masterpiece to take home with you *An amazing time! Agreement The Art Bistro and it's owner, employees, contracted assistants, volunteers, or building owner may not be held liable for any type of accident occurring during or after your visit to The Art Bistro. Aprons are provided to help protect clothing, and materials used are harmless if used properly. Some tools used for mosaics should be used with great care and with the assistance of a guardian for anyone under 18. Please drink alcohol responsibly and designate a safe driver or arrange for transportation to assure your safety home. The Art Bistro staff will not serve alcohol to anyone who we feel appears to be intoxicated. Terms Photographs taken during the event will be posted on The Art Bistro social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and may also be used in online or print advertising. If you would not like your personal photo shared or used in either of these manners, please make it known that you would not like your photo taken during the event. You may still join the group photo and place your painting in front of you if you would like! Feel free to contact us with any concerns. Newsletter List: When registering, your email address will automatically be added to the Art Bistro Newsletter email list. If you choose not to receive this, please just click on the unsubscribe button located in the Newsletter email.
